The 15,000th general-purpose embodied robot of Zhiyuan has officially gone into mass production and rolled off the assembly line.
On June 28th, Zhiyuan announced the official production and launch of the 15,000th general embodied robot, the Sprite G2. Yao Maoqing, a partner, senior vice president and president of the Embodied Business Department of Zhiyuan, stated that the production and launch of 15,000 units confirms that Zhiyuan has reached a new height in large-scale production and marks the entry of the Chinese humanoid robot industry into large-scale real-world application scenarios. Yao Maoqing said that production is not the goal; it is merely a process. Through large-scale production, robots can be rapidly deployed in various industries and acquire data in real physical world interactions. Through the data flywheel, the products become increasingly intelligent and stable. On March 30th this year, Zhiyuan announced the production and launch of the 10,000th general embodied robot, the Expedition A3; and on December 8th last year, the 5,000th general embodied robot of Zhiyuan was produced and delivered
